Delivery
When you place an order with Samson-diamonds.com we will estimate delivery times for you, based on the availability of your items and their destination. All items delivered within the United Kingdom will be send out via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive at your destination 7 to 14 days (elsewhere: 21 days!) of receiving the order. You will be notified within 1 business day when your order can be shipped. All non UK deliveries must be shipped to the billing address only, and the cardholder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.

Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Your request will be processed after we inspect and verify the condition of the item. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. The laboratory certificate must be included in the return package. A personalized or engraved item will not be accepted for return.
